This is the black eyeliner pencil version, the felt tip liner is available to purchase separately (click here). The decorative cap isn't needed to seal the eyeliner shut, so you can keep this separately if you prefer. The eyeliners are superb quality and easy to use as it's deep and dense like gel liners, it goes on smoothly due to their moisturising ingredients such as macadamia seed oil, chamomile flower extract and jojoba seeds. The eyeliner is water resistant but can be removed with warm water. |
