These gorgeous eyeliners from Bandai and Creer Beaute are a must-have for any Sailor Moon fan's make-up bag! This is the second release of this eyeliner series (click here for first release); choose from Spiral Heart Moon Rod or Sailor Chibi Moon's Pink Moon Stick. Both are decorated with silhouettes of Sailor Moon and Luna surrounded by sparkles.
They come with black eyeliner, and refills in black or brown colours are available to purchase separately (click here). The decorative cap isn't needed to seal the eyeliner shut, so you can keep this separately if you prefer. The eyeliners are superb quality and great to use, with a super fine 0.1mm brush tip; perfect for precision application, and allows you to build up thickness gradually. The eyeliner is water resistant but can be removed with warm water. |
