How long does dispatch take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Our normal dispatch days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday (except during events), and most orders placed by 2pm on these days will be dispatched same day.

What if I’m out when it arrives?
If you’re out when your order arrives, the delivery person will either leave it with a neighbour, or post a note giving instructions on how to re-arrange delivery or collect it from your local delivery office. If you don’t want to miss your delivery, we recommend having it sent to an address where someone is always in, such as to a workplace or a relative.
My order hasn't arrived yet!
If your order doesn’t arrive in the expected time, please contact us for details on what to do next. To determine that a parcel is definitely lost, we generally ask that customers allow 10 days for orders sent within the UK and 4 weeks for abroad, before we can begin the procedure for lost parcels.
Delivery addresses
You can have your order delivered to a different address to your billing address, which is particularly handy if you want to have it sent directly to a friend as a gift! Simply change your delivery address before clicking “Place Order”.

Please double check that the delivery address is correct before placing your order, as unfortunately we cannot be held liable for losses or delays caused by incorrect or missing address details. We will need to re-charge for delivery if an order is returned to us by the postal service.

We’re pleased to offer our items to customers in over 30 countries in Europe and all around the world! If you’d like to place an order but your country is not available at the checkout, please contact us and we’ll add it if possible.
Standard airmail
Standard airmail is the cheapest option for international delivery, and is available only for lower value orders. The cost is automatically calculated in your shopping basket, based on your country and the weight of your order.
There is no tracking number available with this service. Delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks (nearer to 1 week for Western Europe).
Standard airmail is available for:
Orders under £25 to Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Mexico.
Orders under £40 to any country not listed above.
Premium airmail
Premium airmail is available for all internationall orders. It provides priority handling and registered delivery, with a tracking number. The cost is automatically calculated in your shopping basket. There are two types of Premium airmail:
Airsure - Trackable all along the route, and a couple of days faster than Standard airmail. This is the method we use for Premium airmail delivery to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and USA.
International Signed For - Trackable whilst parcel is in the UK. Same delivery time as Standard airmail, but registered delivery for peace of mind. This is the method we use for Premium airmail delivery to any country that isn’t in the Airsure list above.
Custom Charges
International customers should be aware that some countries outside of the EU charge customs fees such as duty and import tax on items that are received into the country from here in the UK. The customer is responsible for paying any fees and taxes due. Dreamy Bows is not liable for these, so we recommend that you check the rates and limits with your local customs office before placing your order. If you have any further questions or requests regarding customs, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges
We’re confident you’ll be delighted with every purchase from Dreamy Bows, however we’ll understand if you change your mind and would like a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We’ll then advise you how to go about returning the item(s) to us, as long as they are still in their original and unused condition, with all packaging and tags.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that items are returned safely, so please use a registered service and/or keep all posting receipts to allow you to make a postal claim for damage/loss if necessary.
Once we’ve received the item(s) back in their original condition, we’ll initiate a refund within 48 hours, via the method you originally used to pay. Delivery costs are non-refundable, except in the rare case of incorrect, faulty or damaged items being received. If you return an order which qualified for free delivery, we’ll deduct our exact delivery cost from the refund amount. If you requested an exchange and the cost of your new item(s) is different from the cost of your original item(s), we’ll refund or charge you the difference appropriately. It’s vital to include your order number with any returns.

Payment methods
We accept payment via PayPal, an instant and safe way to make online payments. If you have a PayPal account, you can log in and pay with your PayPal balance, or any credit or debit card that’s linked to your PayPal account.
If you don’t have a PayPal account, making payment is still just as easy - you can bypass the log-in and pay with any major credit or debit card including Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro or Amex, without signing up for an account. Security and privacy policy
Making an order at Dreamy Bows is completely safe and secure. As you proceed to the payment page, you are automatically transferred from the Dreamy Bows server onto PayPal's SSL secured 128-bit encrypted server. You will see the secure padlock symbol at the bottom or top of your browser window. Click here for more PayPal security info.
We collect very basic pieces of information that you give us through the website, to allow us to process your order and provide any necessary aftercare. The details gathered are limited to your name, delivery/billing addresses, email address and telephone number. We do not and can not store credit or debit card details.
Dreamy Bows will never share your personal information with third parties. We are not in the business of selling data to others, even for a huge sum of money! We do not send spam. We occasionally send the Dreamy Bows newsletter to customers who have signed up for it. You can unsubscribe at any time in your Account.

Currency Conversion
Dreamy Bows is based in the UK, so by default the prices on our website are shown in GBP (British pounds), and we receive payments in GBP. You can change the currency using the drop-down box on the top bar of the page, but please note this is just a rough indication. When you pay in GBP with an account that uses a different currency, the exact rate is determined by the conversion rate used by your bank, or by PayPal if you pay with a PayPal balance.

Stock availability
Dreamy Bows uses a live automated stock control system, meaning product quantities are updated every time an order is made. All of our items are warehoused and dispatched from the UK, and are not pre-order unless clearly stated on the description. Although we do our utmost to keep our stock system accurate, in the rare occasion that an error occurred and an ordered item is out of stock, you’ll be promptly informed via email/phone and a choice of an alternative product or refund will be offered.

Sizing and Colours
Size guide
Sizing can vary a lot between the different brands that we stock here at Dreamy Bows. For example, an Angelic Pretty dress in size “M” will most likely not fit the same as a Dream V dress in size “M”. To give customers the best chance of choosing items that fit them well, we list the measurements (usually in cm) on every item of clothing, and UK or Europe shoe size equivalents on footwear. This detailed information can be found on the “Size Guide” tab on every product page. We do our very best to list accurate measurements, however please expect a margin of error of a couple of cm due to variations in manufacture.
Click here for a useful guide to measuring yourself. Alternatively, you can try measuring items of clothing you already own that fit you well, laid flat, and compare the measurements to the ones listed on the item.
Colour guide
We make every effort to represent items as accurately as we can in photos, however as the colour settings vary between each computer monitor, some colours may appear slightly different in real life. If you would like any further information, for example how the colour shades of two different Dreamy Bows items compare to one another, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will do our very best to advise you!
